Founded GTI Medical Ltd. in 2012. As CEO, Shmuel is bringing 25 years of experience in the medical device and contract manufacturing industries.

In 1998, prior to forming GTI Medical, Shmuel was founder, CTO, and plant manager for a large Nitinol stent manufacturer supplying to Tier 1customers like Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic/Covidien, and Edwards Life Sciences.
His Ingenuity in finding innovative solutions for complicated projects is a key factor in the success of many start-ups and Tier 1 companies that work with GTI Medical and in GTI’s ability to bring product from prototype to market quickly and efficiently.Shmuel has a B.SC in MechanicalEngineering from the University of Tel Aviv.

Leslie joined GTI Medical in 2015 as VP of marketing & business development. Her responsibilities include developing new market strategies and approaches to expand the company’s customer base.

Leslie grew up in Toronto Canada and has vast experience as a senior manager in various high-tech and manufacturing businesses. Before joining GTI Medical, Leslie was Vice President of Biltrite Industries, the largest privately held custom rubber mixing facility in Canada.
Throughout her career, she acquired experience in many aspects of business which she brings to GTI. Leslie holds a degree in BCom from Seneca College and a BA from the University of Western Ontario.

Nadav Glick 

Nadav, 33, joined the company in 2024 to strengthen the company’s marketing and support customers department.

Responsible for defining the project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria and execute the project. Responsible for TIER 1 customers.

Eli Ankri, 44, began his career in 2005, where he led the Surface Treatment Department for a decade.

Prior to this, he gained valuable experience in Quality Assurance at a telecommunications company for approximately four years. Eli joined our company in 2019, initially as the Head of the Surface Treatment Department. Within a year, he transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Manager. Eli brings a wealth of experience in the medical field and a broad technological perspective
